Using Tags
Tags
In Spoke you apply tags to save information about your conversation. Tags allow candidates or local partners to follow up later. They also help us update incorrect information.
Examples include:
- Moved
- Wrong Number
- Volunteer
When to Use Tags
Most of our texting campaigns have campaign instructions which describe what tags to use. Please check for instructions each time you start a new campaign, and if there are instructions please read them all the way through before you start texting.
Canned responses that are associated with a tag often say so in their name, such as: “Moved or not in district (tag “moved” before sending!).” You can always refer to the instructions when replying to messages to make sure you’re adding all of the correct tags.
