Replies not in English

As a general rule, check the instructions to see what they say about responses in Spanish or other languages. Use the appropriate tags as directed, and don’t opt them out if the instructions say not to.

For Spanish replies, we have a "Spanish" tag. There is usually a Spanish canned response that you should send after adding the Spanish tag. A volunteer who knows Spanish will be assigned to that conversation.

Replies in Other Languages

We now have an "Other Language" tag. Please add this when a contact isn't responding in English or Spanish. There may be a canned response associated with this tag, like with Spanish.
